
Michael Lozano is the Food Service Director of the Avondale Elementary School District in Arizona. He is a native of El Paso, Texas where he started his career working in the Sun Bowl Stadium of the University of Texas at El Paso.
Mr. Lozano has been working in the food service industry for 30 years and has worked in many aspects of food services, from quick service restaurants to university dining operations. He has worked in school nutrition for the last 11 years, the last 9 have been as a director in various school districts in Arizona.

MICHAEL'S RECIPE: SEARED PORK TENDERLOIN
